The Doomsday Poets are making a statement not just with their music but with how they choose to distribute it—or rather, how they don’t distribute it. It’s true that streaming services  undervalue artists, making it difficult for musicians to sustain themselves. The average young person today will have spent 30,000 hours on social media by their mid 20's.  The average time to become elite at an artform is 10,00 hours. The world is on a path to a very scary population of anti social- anti community self absorbed humans only because it has been set up for this to happen. We want to do our part to remind everyone that the best version of our species is in a physically social means!
